LET IT BE
It helps me to let it go when I know where it's going. I can get pretty lost when I have no direction so I have mapped out where it is that I let go...for those things that must go, I let them go away from me. And for those things that simply won't go away, I simply let them be. My spiritual practice then becomes a practice of non-attachment and non-judgment, allowing what is to be what it is. And sometimes, when I am not paying any attention to it, it isn't there at all. Apparently I have let it go.
