NONJUDGMENT
My Dad used to say that I learn the hard way. Do I also learn from what brings me joy? What gets more of my attention, my discomfort or my joy ? What if I refrain from judging my experience as good or bad, hard or easy? Would every lesson have equal value? If I refrain from judgment could the hard lesson bring me joy, or joy be hard? Today I accept each lesson in gratitude and nonjudgment.

DISCIPLINE
What in your life is disciplined and what do you give less attention to? Should the order be reversed? Order LIFE the way you want it.

What do you see?
If I see the world through my eyes, what am I missing? How can I see it through yours? What filters do I view the world through? What would my experience be if I could see through your eyes? What if I would simply consider that there may be another way of seeing? In this image, what do you see? Do you see the bark of an eucalyptus tree in the rain?

Meditation can take any form that inspires us to expand our awareness of the Spirit within each one of us that connects all Life. This interconnectedness eliminates the possibility of separation and gives us purpose to love deeply...meditation therefore, is a practice of love. It is the experience of far-reaching into consciousness, and beyond, where we get in touch with the true essence of our being and it is there that we meet one another in unconditional love.
The practice of meditation is an individual experience, and as our DNA is unique, so is our way of being. Some of us connect to Spirit through movement, some of us by being still and others, like myself, through imagery. For those of you who are visual learners, come meet me in this field where images begin and IMAGINE...
